Friends of Water (FWS)

Working together to make a difference for our children!

Friends of Water (FWS) is our school’s PTA, made up of parent and family member volunteers who work together to organise fun events and fundraising activities throughout the school year.

Every penny raised goes straight back to the children of Water School, helping to provide extra opportunities, resources and experiences that enrich their time at school.

Throughout the year, FWS organises a variety of exciting events for our children and families to enjoy, including:

• 🎉 School Discos
• 🎃 Pumpkin Carving Competition
• 🎄 Christmas Fair
• ☀️ Summer Fair
• 🎬 Movie Nights
• ☕ Coffee Mornings
• 🐣 Easter Egg Decorating Competitions

These events are a fantastic way to bring our school community together, create special memories and raise valuable funds to benefit all our children.

Would you like to get involved?

We are always looking for new volunteers to join Friends of Water! Whether you can spare a little time or would like to get more involved, everyone is welcome - the more, the merrier!

Every helping hand makes a difference, and we would love to hear from you.

If you are interested in joining our PTA or would like to find out more, please email FWS@water.lancs.sch.uk.

Thank you for supporting Friends of Water and helping us make a difference for the children of Water School!
