PSHE (personal, social and health education) is so incredibly important at the moment, and although we are not in school, we as a school are doing as much as we can to support this. Doing as much as you can at home around PSHE will be so beneficial. On this page you will find different resources and links to webpages offering free support for PSHE at home.
In school, we use a programme for our PSHE called 1Decision. They have now started to create lessons and activities for children to do at home. Below is the link:
By signing up, you will recieve these free resources straight to your email address. Sessions include managing worry/anger, computer safety and healthy eating. Below I have uploaded a PDF of one of their booklets on family positivity. These are really nice activities done in a familiar way to how lessons work in school.
In addition, they have uploaded some mindfulless videos onto youtube which are designed for children. Here are some links:

On here you will find activites around kindness, thankfulness, perseverance. These are all strongly linked with out school values so would be great to take part in. You can also subscribe on this page by adding you email address. This means you will recieve updates with new resources available.
Home Learning Packs
In your home learning packs there is also a booklet with activities to be doing which will support PSHE. These have been timetabled into your day. I have also uploaded a copy of this at the bottom of this page.
